FAQ
What materials do you use?
Our wall art is laser-cut and hand-assembled from a range of wood species — walnut, mahogany, cherry, oak, maple, and others depending on the design and what look we're going for. Our Line Art series specifically pairs an inlaid backer (walnut, mahogany, cherry, or oak) with a maple overlay for the linework. Because every piece is cut from real wood, grain and color will vary slightly from piece to piece — that's part of what makes each one one-of-a-kind rather than mass-produced.
How do I care for my piece?
Dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight and high-humidity spots like bathrooms, and avoid water or harsh cleaners directly on the wood.
Can I personalize or customize my order?
It depends on the piece. Our Line Art series can be customized with overlay design requests (an additional design fee may apply). For anything else in the Wall Art collection, we welcome commission requests for custom artwork — just reach out through our Request Custom Artwork page and we'll go from there.
How do I hang my piece?
It depends on the series. Mini and Wall Art series pieces ship with a picture wire hanging system, ready to hang. Line Art series pieces come with a hole alignment template for easy screw or nail placement — hardware isn't included with those.
What's your turnaround time?
Made-to-order pieces typically take 2–3 weeks. Custom and commission requests take 4–6 weeks, since those start with a design approval step before we begin building. Let us know if a specific date matters and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally, or just within the US?
We currently ship within the US only. Orders over $100 ship free.
What's your return or exchange policy?
Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days. If there's a manufacturing issue, we'll repair or replace the piece. Accidental damage after delivery is reviewed case by case, so reach out and we'll work with you. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, since production only begins after you've approved the design. Our goal is always to make sure you're happy with what you receive, so don't hesitate to contact us if something isn't right.
Where are your pieces made?
